READER DOESNT HAVE THE ABILITY TO ACESS THIS SERVICE

I get the message above when trying to convert a file in to Word. First time this has happened. Do you know a way aournd this? I need to conevert the file to word to add a header/footer and delete a couple of private details.

You need Acrobat Reader DC to access the service from Acrobat Reader.
