My reader does not consistently convert PDFs to Word documents. I'm in the middle of a project and need to be ale to consistently have the files converted. There is no tech support and I'm dead in the water and can not proceed with my work and no help in sight.

Good to know - Adobe Reader cannot export PDF page content, manipulate PDF page content, or create PDF.

To export PDF page content to MS Word you can use:

Acrobat, ExportPDF or PDF Pack (the last two are Adobe online subscription services).

    Be well...

Could you provide more details on your problem? OS, Reader versions?

    Thanks,

Yesterday was very stessful. The Adobe conversions worked intermittently. I would do the conversion, and  it said the document was converted. I would then save the file in the converted folder and although it had the docx extension, it was not possible to cut and paste the data I needed to transfer. This happened a couple of times.  I had to just go on and not do that data transfer for that particular school.

I wasted alot of time and it was stressful as I could not do the work I needed to do,

    Thanks

    Nancy

I didn't answer the question you asked, sorry. I'm using Windows 8.1 and Acrobat Reader on a Dell All in One computer.

What do you mean "there is no tech support"?  Have you tried to Contact Customer Care by chat (or phone during US daytime)?
