Reader startar inte när man klickar på pdf-iconen på min macbook.

As per the description above, you are not able to launch the Reader in your MacBook Air, Is that correct?

Please try to open few PDF files in Reader, go to Window -> Cascade -> Tile and see if that brings up the PDFs.

If this does not work, then uninstall the Reader and re-install it. To install Reader: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution  Link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
