Who the heck is Madison Holmes? That's the name of the sender on the email with my PDF attached. I sent it to myself, and I'm not Madison Holmes!

As per your description, it seems that you sent a PDF attachment to yourself and it doesn't show your name when received.

Please check the email address appears on the received email. Is it your email address?
