Looking for some assistance, just purchased the package and it doesn't work!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hi jaymorgansmith,

    I just checked your account, and see that your order is still processing in the order management system. It can take a few hours for an order to process fully. But once it does, you should have no problem logging in and converting your files.
