Recently, I'm having problems sending large files via Adobe Send. I'd say anything over 20 MB gives me an error message. Can something be done about this?

Are you sending from your browser (https://cloud.acrobat.com/send), from Adobe Reader or Acrobat, or from Microsoft Outlook?

Are you trying to send files directly from your computer, or files that you have already uploaded to cloud.acrobat.com?

Are you trying to send Anonymous or Personalized links?

What error message(s) are you seeing?

If you're sending from your browser, have you tried using a different browser?

Are you able to upload/send small files, but just not large (>20MB) ones?

Answers to these questions will help us to narrow down the cause of the problem.
