Recently signed up (89.00). Responded to confrimation email. I choose convert file to Word. Cannot find converted file. Link just sends me back to subscription page. Cloud shows no files available to view. Using Mac. How do I get to converted file?

You will be able to find your Exported document under File tab https://cloud.acrobat.com/recent ‌‌, select it to download.
