recently subscribed, but cannot convert PDF to word

Two days ago I registered to subscribe so that we could convert PDF documents to Word or  Excel.  All verifications were done and payment made by credit card.  Now, however, when I try to convert a PDF to word it doesn't work.  Can anyone make any suggestions as to why?

    I would love to help. What happens when you try to convert your files? Are you having trouble logging in, or do you get error messages when you try to convert files.

    Please provide a few details about the problem you're experiencing, and we can go from there.
