Reduce files size - overwrite original name

when using the Reducing Size PDF...

Saving the files to keep its original name...

then I get this error....

HELP HELP HELP...ty

    Please confirm if you are trying to reduce the file size on Acrobat Online or the desktop application.

    Did you get the error messages with the particular file? If yes, please share the sample files with us so we can replicate the behavior. Share the steps you use that result in the error message.

    Thanks for the response but I think there was an error with windows now its working fine and my tracking  website is also live.
