I've checked your account using the same email address that you use here in the forums. I don't see any products or transactions under that email address. Is it possible that you signed up using a different email address? Please Contact Customer Care so that an agent can find your account, and resolve any issues with the refund.
(If you signed up via an Adobe Reader mobile app, then please contact the App store from which you made the purchase, as Adobe doesn't handle those subscriptions.)
