Why have I not received a refund when I cancelled the membership and app within less of an hour from downloading it?

    Hi Blah12345678,

    I've checked your account, and we don't have any record of a subscription for you under the email address that you use here in the forums. So, it may be that you either used a different email address to sign up, or subscribed via the Reader Mobile app.

    If you subscribed via Reader as an in-app purchase, please contact the app store from which you purchased the subscription. Adobe doesn't handle those subscriptions.
