hello,

since that case, i would like to have an E-MAIL confirmation that i will get my refund ! every serious company does that when a refund is being proceeded !!!

You realize that you are posting a message to a public user-2-user forum and not an Adobe "accounts" secure web site yes?

yes i'm aware of it ! i put it on a public display to show to people that it's been 2 months that i'm waiting for my refund from ADOBE.
