Refund

Hi I've just had a monthly cost going out of £26.06. I then went on to reduce my package to a £10/m one. & it said it would give me a £23 refund? How long will this take to come into my account? I haven't had an email about it or anything so I want to double check it will arrive.

If it was mentioned that the refund would be initiated, it would be received within 7 - 8 business working days.

If you experience any issues,  the billing team can provide the correct information.
