Regarding cancelling plan during trial period

I want to cancle my plan ( it is in trial period) but unable to.

Also, adobe is initiating monthly fee in trial period, I have disabled such transactions.

 

How do I cancel subscription during trial without paying first

Sorry for the delay in response.

 

We have checked your account using the email address used to sign in to the community. The subscription shows as cancelled.

You may always cancel the trial subscription using the steps suggested in the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html
