Regarding DC pdf service client/secret id

Hi,

I requested Document Cloud API Support team (doccloud-api-key-support@adobe.com) to send a unique client ID and secret key for DC pdf service integration few days ago but still not getting any response from them.

Also sent email to "doccloud-api@adobe.com" but no response.

Please let me know how much time it will takes to provide me required info? or is their any alternate ways to reach them?
