How to register one licence for two desktop team?

My Licence is multi-platform but only I have one licence

    Hi Gladys,

    I checked your account to see if I could tell what product you're referring to, but don't see any order history. Typically, the license agreement allows you to install your software on up to two computers, such as your work computer, and a personal laptop or home computer.

    What product are you trying to install?
