Removing an email address from the send option

I am receiving an "invalid server" error message after trying to add an email address to the mail feature. How do I clear the address so I can attempt to resolve the problem?

    Hi,

    Please edit the form in Acrobat via Tools -> Form -> Edit.

    Now Right Click on submit button and select Properties.

    Check the Action tab to see any script.
