Hi I was wondering whether someone could assist me with what this email means and what are the steps that need to be taken to complete it. And if it has already been completed where can I confirm.

 

EMAIL:

ACTION REQUIRED: Your licenses are expiring

We wanted to let you know that your annual Adobe license renewal is past due.

Your renewal order must be processed by 04-November-2021 PDT. Please note that it can take up to 5 days for your order to be processed, and so please plan accordingly. Any licenses not renewed will expire on 05-November-2021 PDT. To ensure uninterrupted access to your Adobe apps and services, please work with your account manager on your renewal order.

Could you please confirm if you received the above email on the email address that is used for community sign in? 

Would you mind sharing the screenshot of the senders email address?

Also, let us know if you have made any changes recently in the account.
