Request could not be completed

Question

Hello, im trying to use exportpdf on adobe cloud (paid). I Have about 1200 pdf files that needs to be converted to docx. I realized that it's not possible to convert all of them at once because of performance issues of website. So i devided theese files into chunks of about 60files each. When I try to convert theese 60 files at once it says Could not complete your request.err occured whilte trying to completeyour request and it could not be completed. Now even when I try to convert one file I get same err. Please HELP &#128578;

Hi Matějl,

As per the above description it seems like there could be a problem with the document or the conversion process that you are following.

Export PDF has a file size limitation, for more detail you can see File size limitations

Also, you may try the conversion through the- https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

For testing purpose you my try with couple of PDFs and see if that go through.
