Request electronic signature

I have a new Acrobat pro license but my "request electronic signatories" is not working. The error message - you can no longer reqeust e-signatures with this user profile assolciated with.. please contact your admin or resubscribe to restore access. My previous license was cancelled and I have now linked a new license.

We have checked the account using the email address used to sign in here in the community. It shows the Acrobat Sign account as inactive. That is the reason you get the error message.

It seems that this email address has been used before for Acrobat or the Acrobat Sign (maybe for your previous organization). Please take a look at the information provided for the inactive account in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/4497Ij8
