Request Signature Error Message from Word

Hi, I am trying to send a document for signature from Word using the 'Request Signature' button in top right hand corner but get the error message: 

 

"Adobe cannot convert this file using Create PDF online service"

 

What does this mean?

    Sorry to hear about your experience.
    Do you have access to Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat online services? Have you tried to log out or log back in? 
    Alternatively, you can access these services via browser and check if that works for you: http://documentcloud.adobe.com/
