Requesting a refund for the PDF pack because my PDF did not convert properly to Word doc
I feel like I am in the wrong area for requesting a refund but I have been trying to resolve this issue for quite some time and this is where I was guided so hopefully I am using the appropriate channel. Will you please help me request a refund for my purchase of the PDF pack? ( order no. AD015935750). I have been going in circles for months, literally, to cancel my subscription. I needed to convert a PDF to a Word doc and thought it would be something i could use for school so I downloaded the PDF pack for $89 on March 5, 15. But my file did not convert properly so I tried to cancel but just kept going in loops so I replied to an email asking to cancel the subscription on 3-25, which was within 30 days. I did not get a "kick back" so I assumed the email went through. I have been checking my account for the refund and it was never processed so I looked at my mailbox and see that I did get a kick-back email stating that the email did not go through but the rejection was delayed so I didn't notice. I never used it other than that one time so may I please get a full refund? I am a struggling student with a very fixed budget and was unable to use the PDF pack because my first document wouldn't convert properly. Below is a screenshot showing that I started the process within 30 days of the purchase. Please let me know how to proceed. Thank you in advance for your time.
