bonjour, je viens de rélisier mon abonnement. J'ai passé commande avant les 14 jours, je voudrais savoir comment et quand je serais remboursé

    I can see that you canceled the services on 14th Oct. , refund process must have been initiated. Please wait for few more days.

    à ce jour, n'est toujours pas le remboursement crédité sur mon compte.Merci de me donner une date précise et de me dire quand le remboursement sera fait.
