Resizing PDF

Question

I do NOT wish to change the file size but do wish to physically change the physical dimensions of a pdf. I wish to take a pdf and shrink it to be drivers' license size. For the life of me, I can't figure out how to do this, if even possible. Thank you.

In Acrobat Pro DC you can use the Preflight tool to scale the pages.

In earlier versions you can do it by either "re-frying" the file, ie. printing it to the virtual Adobe PDF printer (Windows only!) and using a paper of the desired size, or by using a script, like these (paid-for) ones I've developed:
