Hi edwardw62156940

Please let us know the Adobe application you are using and how you were trying to sync the file.

Check if you are able to locate the required PDF under the document cloud here:  https://cloud.acrobat.com/recent

Regards,

Meenakshi

Thank you kindly for your reply, Meenakshi. I was using the Adobe Acrobat application on my iPad Air. I was working with a PDF file for three days. I think that the file probably synced to the cloud a couple of times during that period. After three days, when I was back home from the conference, I connected to Wi-Fi and saw that the application was “syncing”. However, it appeared to get hung up in that process. I restarted the application after a while and then the file in Document Cloud could no longer be opened on my iPad or my computer.

I checked out the link below. Although I see a couple versions of the file, none are from any time prior to the corruption. It would have to be dated between June 17 and June 19. Perhaps there is a copy somewhere?

I appreciate your help. If possible, it would be great to recover the notes that I took during the 3-day seminar.

Thanks kindly.

Edward

Hi edwardw62156940

When you try to open the file under any document cloud, do you get any error message?

If yes, could you please share the error message.

Also let us know if you saved the changes last time you worked on the file.

Regards,

Meenakshi
