This is my third attempt to run the program and it continues to say "error occurred" after 5 minutes of downloading?

    Hi meghanh,

    I see that you just purchased an Acrobat subscription. Is that the software that you're having trouble downloading? If so, please make sure that you're logged in the an administrator account on your computer, and temporarily disable any anti-virus software. Then, clear the browser cache and log in to https://cloud.acrobat.com/acrobat, and try to download Acrobat again.
