Saving PDF - Data

Hello community, i want to ask how to hide layers and save the pdf data?

I tried to open data in Adobe Reader XI, hide the layers I don't need, but at the next day the layer is visible again.

Another thing i tried is to hide the layers and send the pdf - data to my adobe account, but still no changes, I open the data I received and see the layers again.

Is there any possibility to solve this problem, I will be thankful for every single hint.
