saving PDF document to document cloud

Hello

I have a iPad pro (2020) and a Macbook air. I have a edited/ annotated pdf document saved to my adobe document cloud and I add comments and make edits to the PDF on my macbook air,  the edited PDF is viewable on my iPad Pro but I can not save to adobe cloud the comments or edits I make to the PDF on the iPad pro. I want to be able to edit and comment on the PDF on both my Macbook & iPad and be able to save those PDF modifications (edits ) to the adobe cloud from my iPad pro.
