Saving to adobe.com storage cloud when one file isn't being saved

Hi, I am using a samsung tablet. adobe has been working up until last week when it stopped saving my pdf files to adobe.com. In the outgoing box it appears as if one file cannot be saved, putting all files I want to save afterwards on a holding list until that one is saved. I don't know how to delete the one file that will not let itself be saved. How do I go about this so I can save my pdf files again?

Hi Sanna,

I've seen this before with another customer, and she had to log out of Acrobat.com to clear the "stuck" file from the queue.  However, if you do log out, all files will be removed from the queue, so if you were uploading PDF files that you've commented on and haven't saved, you will lose those changes.
