scan from printer

I am trying to scan from my Dell C1765nfw to Adobe, and cannot determine the process? I can scan to Windows in JPG file format

Hi Andrew,

When you say "Adobe" do you mean Acrobat, or a different Adobe product? There are so many to choose from!

Regardless, make sure that you have the most current scanner driver from Dell. Check their website for the latest and greatest drivers.

If that doesn't work, please let us know what Adobe software you're using, and we can take it from there.
