Scanned documents will not open -- even in Adobe Acrobat.

Scanned numerous documents yesterday in PDF format.  Today, I cannot open them to prepare to send them.

    Hi jusme95,

    Please tell us more about what happens when you try to open these PDF files. Do you get an error? How did you scan them, and what version of Acrobat/Reader are you using to open them?

    Please provide a few more details about the issue, so we can figure out the root cause.

    A pop up titled AcroMissingCompWClass: AcroRd32.exe -- Application error

    The body of the message is as follows:

    The exception unknown software exception (Ox40000015) occurred in the application at location 0x010d2f57

    Click OK to terminate the program

    I don't know what this means, but you probably do!

    Hope there is a solution. I have Adobe Reader XI installed on my computer and scanned from a Kodak Office Hero 6.1.
