Searching for help in a case of printing not working

Question

After having printed PDF files without any problem, now the same printer does not print such ones, but odes further on with files of other types like docx aso.

If the issue occurs when printing the files, try the troubleshooting steps suggested in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/4fohdx7.

If it happens with files from other applications, we suggest checking the printer. There might be an issue with the printer.

Try reaching out to the support team for the printer.
