How come my files -- although created on line with Adobe --- I can still copy and paste from them--- and in Properties it shows "No Security"

How do I LOCK my files -- so I can send -- and all that People can do is Print or FWD ??

To restrict users from copying and manuplating document, you need to password protect your files.

You need Adobe Acrobat for that..
