Selecting Countries/regions for ID information

How do I change my country/region in my account information? We now live in a different country than when I created my Adobe account. I have gone into my user account and wanted to change the information, but the country of origin is still selected by default and therefore I cannot change the address to where we live now, for updating my information. What can I do?
