Send and Sign is not working and I am getting an error message

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe PDF pack and the feature of Send for a Signature is returning an error message. I need to send off a document.

Could you please let me know the error you are getting when trying to use Send for Signature?

Have you tried sending another pdf document and see if you are still getting this error?
