Send and Track Management

Our Organization has users using Send and Track.  If the department manager and/or Security Officer wants to review what files they are uploading and sharing,   how would they go about this?   I have control over our company's licensing portal,  but don't see anything for managing the Send and Track files

Before we proceed, would you mind confirming which file you are referring to review? Is it before sending it to someone or after it sent?

 

1- While sending file, you can see the preview of it on web so as if the file is open within Acrobat/Reader application it can be reviewed easily.

2- If file has been sent and now you want to review it, then it can be tracked through Track feature following the steps given here: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/document-cloud/help/sharing-pdfs.html#track_shared_files

You did not understand.  I do not want to rely on an end user to send us a link of what they shared.   We would like to login periodically and see what information all of our users are sharing out.  Another situation would be upon a user's termination,  we would want to see what items they have recently shared via send-and-track.
