send and track simply stops working?

i see send and track in my outlook display, yet when I want to see account settings or view sent files, nothing happens

when I want to attach a file with send and track nothing happens

Hi 2268256,

Do you have Adobe Acrobat DC installed on your computer?

Open outlook Go to >Files> Options>Add-ins> click Go> Check whether Adobe send & track for Microsoft outlook-Acrobat is checked or not.

Also share the version of your Outlook.

and if possible please help us with the screenshot of what happens when you are trying to attach file to send it through Adobe send & track what.
