Send for shared review not working

When we choose 'send for shared review' it fails to launch anything ... retry button doesn't solve it.  Any ideas?

    Hi jbsprenkle,

    Are you still having trouble sending a file for review in Acrobat? Is the problem specific to one file, or does it happen regardless of the PDF file that you're working with? Are you on Mac OS or Windows, and what version of Acrobat are you using?

    If the problem occurs regardless of the file you're using, you may want to repair the Acrobat installation.

    I’ve downloaded again the new Adobe XI trial.  Having trouble with all

    docs, as is my office mate.  Can you make a suggestion for resolving.
