Send for signature asking for upgrade even though prepaid for Adobe PDF Pack

Everything was working well with "send for signature" after I pre-purchased a year's worth of Adobe PDF Pack. Now about 2 months later, when I attempt to use the feature, I get a message that I need to upgrade my subscription to be able to send for signature. That's the only reason I subscribed 😕😕
