Send Now files going missing

Hello there

We have noticed that a lot of the files that we are sending through Adobe Send are not saying within the sent files archive. There is also no option to set a time limit on the files on the web app. Is there anyway that we can view or retrieve the files that where sen over the last few months .

HI Shared@bladeroom,

Your files should not disappear from the Sent Files list unless you delete them. Have you also looked for them in the All Files or Recent Files lists?
