Send & Track works with Outlook 2019 (64-bit)

Does anyone know if Adobe's Send & Track supports the Outlook 2019 64-bit version

runing on a Win 10 Pro (Version 1809) PC?

The PlugIn is installed, at least it is activated, but choosing the senr & track function from the ribbon
ends finally with the statement: Adobe ID not found. Open Acrobat and login using your Adobe ID.

I do that and logged in, though it is not working.

    Hi StephanFFM,

    Thank you for reaching out.

As you receive the error, please try to sign out of the Acrobat application. Reboot the machine and then try to sign in again.

Then go to Outlook and check if the Send & Track feature works.

If the issue still occurs, please share the Acrobat version installed on the machine. You may use the steps as suggested in the following link to check the version number: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product-version.html

It would be helpful if you can share the screenshot of the error message.

    Thanks,

    Meenakshi
