Sendnow website doesn't let me edit my payment profile to add a new credit card number

Thank you for your response. What happens when I click on the "edit" button to edit my payment profile I just keep getting sent back to the sign in page. But, I was already signed in or I wouldn't be able to see my payment profile. I will try Customer Care. =Mike McCollum=
