    Hi mitchikambo,

I'm sorry that you're having trouble updating your account. What happens when you try? Do you get an error message? If you'd like, you can Contact Customer Care; an agent will be able to help you sort things out. (Click the blue Still Need Help? button at the bottom to find the phone number and a link to chat.)

Thank you for your response. What happens when I click on the "edit" button to edit my payment profile I just keep getting sent back to the sign in page. But, I was already signed in or I wouldn't be able to see my payment profile. I will try Customer Care. =Mike McCollum=
