Sent Files view is getting Internal Server Error (500) !!! Now is showing No Sent Files? What happened to this window?

The Sent Files view is nice compact folder structure of each SEND. I do not have this view today???

What exactly happens when you sign in at "https://cloud.acrobat.com/"

When exactly does this error prompts on your screen?
