I purchased Acrobat from Amazon - and it is asking for a serial number.   The Product Key doesn't work.  What do I do now?

    Did you buy a subscription (monthly/yearly), or a one-time purchase?

    Is it Acrobat Pro that you purchased?

    I finally figured it out - it was wanting me to verify my student status and then I finally received a serial number.  Very frustrating.  I wish there has been more specific instructions when you buy a student version!
