As per the description above, you are looking for the serial number of your subscription, Is that correct?
I have checked the records with your current Adobe ID which you have used to sign in on Adobe forums and found that you are subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF service on your Adobe ID(email).
Adobe ExportPDF service is an online Adobe Document Cloud service, which cannot be downloaded as an application. But you can access the services through a browser and can be accessed through desktop and mobile app Adobe Reader DC.
This does not require any serial number for activation, use the service through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.
You can also use the service through the free desktop version of Adobe Reader, just sign-in with your current Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader and use the service of ExportPDF. To download, use the URL Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
For troubleshooting, you may refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).
Note: If you are trying to use the Adobe ExportPDF service through Acrobat Pro or Standard, and if you are not subscribed to any license/subscription of Acrobat Pro or Standard, you will get an error message to activate it by entering a serial number.
