where is serial number acrobat x1?

    Do you have an Acrobat subscription? (If so, no serial number is required). If you have a perpetual license (you bought Acrobat outright), then please see this document: Find your serial number quickly - Support - Adobe.

    Hello Sara: I have a subscription.

    When I try to login the msg is ‘if you download your

    Old account will delete’ or some such msg. Problem?

    I'm not familiar with that error message. Can you please provide the exact error? Nothing should be deleted when you log in to your account. Odd!
