Server connecton to PDF service down?

I am having an issue with connecting to PDF export services when trying to convert my files from PDF to excel or any format. Is the server down to the cloud for PDF services?

    Hi clarencevdub,

    Try a different web browser to access https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf.

    Disable antivirus/firewall to test this issue.
