Service keeps telling me there is no internet connection but I am on the internet. What is the problem?

Everytime I try to convert a pdf a message appears that says no internet connection yet I am signed into the account.

    Sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused.

    I assume you have been trying the conversion online via web browser? If yes, then you may check with a different web browser than what you are using currently.

    • If you have any internet security software, turn it off for a while and check back.
