Service keeps telling me there is no internet connection but I am on the internet. What is the problem?

I assume you have been trying the conversion online via web browser? If yes, then you may check with a different web browser than what you are using currently.

• Try converting the file using desktop application Adobe Reader DC and see if its working with it or not. Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
• If possible, switch the internet connection and check back.
