Services paid for don't work.

I use Adobe Export PDF, which is supposed to recognize scanned text.  I have tried to use the highlighting tool a few times now without it working.  This is the reason I paid for the service. The document I want to highlight is pretty clear, and when I export to Word a bunch of extra/wrong characters are strew about throughout the text.  Please help or refund my money and cancel my account. Thanks you

    Hi Linipra,

    The reason for the issue is that document contains Scanned Text and it we need to run OCR in order to convert the image into text. Once image will be converted to Text, you'll be able to highlight the text properly.

    Kindly send the document to Florence and she will assist you with this.
