Question

Setting up "Download Create PDF Desktop Tool"

I am setting up "download create PDF desktop tool" from Acrobat.com. When I reach the configure internet port pop-up, it tells I do not have access to the printer - try a different username or password.

I am using the only user name and password I know.

    Hi MosheS,

Are you entering your Adobe ID and password? What operating system are you using? (Just in case, here are the instructions for setting up the printer: Install and configure Adobe CreatePDF Desktop Printer).

If you're still running into problems, please let me know what version of Windows you are using.

Widows 7 Pro. I'm pretty sure I have the right password (username is my

email, and pw is a standard pw I always use), but I don't know how to check

    it.

I am also creating the PDFs on cloud.acrobat - is that right? Am I supposed

to be able to do it from my desktop?

Thanks for your help.- I think it would be more efficient to talk to you or

someone else on the phone - is that available?

    Thanks.

    Hi MosheS,

Since you have a PDF Pack subscription, you can create PDF files either via the web interface at cloud.acrobat.com, or from within Adobe Reader. But regardless of where you create the PDFs, they are stored in your online Acrobat.com account (but you may download them to your computer, of course). You can access them by logging in to cloud.acrobat.com.

If you're still having trouble converting files or setting up the PDF Desktop Printer, I am happy to help you here. Or, if would like to talk to someone, you can find the contact info here: Acrobat.com

    Best,
    Sara
